1. Exchange Policy

As the sole provider of our exclusive products, we strive to ensure every customer finds the perfect fit and comfort. Here’s how our exchange process works:

Notify Us Quickly: To request an exchange, inform the LaDiva team within 15 days of receiving your product.
Prepaid Exchange Fee: Exchange fees must be paid in advance:
Inside Dhaka: 100 BDT.
Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT.
Courier Process: Once we receive the exchange fee, the new product will be shipped via courier.
Exchange Procedure: When the new product arrives, the customer can inspect it and then hand over the previous item to the courier. No additional payment will be necessary at the time of the exchange.

2. Return Policy

If for any reason you wish to return a product, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward:

Pickup Process: Our pickup team will collect the item directly from you.
Refund Process: After confirming the return with our team, we will process your refund. Once confirmed, our pickup team will collect the product.
Return Charges:
130 BDT for the original delivery.
130 BDT for the return delivery.
40 BDT for packaging.

3. Refund Timeline

Once we’ve inspected the returned item and it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days via your original payment method.
